Searching for Fitness DVD

Chocolate cake was never so good! And you know what? It wasn’t that bad. After I ate it I told myself I would get back on track and indeed right from the meal after I ate a lot of vegetables and drank a lot of water. But my down falling started when I got on the scale at night. As I thought – I didn’t loose any weight, not even half a pound. OK, so what do I do now? Continue like nothing? I guess so… I called my friend and she said I would do. So, since I don’t like the Gym, I went online searching for any fitness DVD. I came across Totally Fit (by Mel B). Have you heard about it? I think I will order it and start move my body a little bit…
